Returns Policy

Nutraformulations™ products are scientifically researched and made with the highest quality ingredients available. Our products mean success, and we are so confident that we back it up with the best guarantee in the industry, our unconditional 90-day money back guarantee.

We ask you to give our products a minimum one month trial period. For this reason, we do not accept returns until this 30-day period has been completed. However, if you are not satisfied, you have 90 days from the date that your product is shipped to contact a customer service representative.

The refund policy covers the cost of the product only, it does not cover the cost of shipping and handling.

To process your return, please do the following:

  1. Call Customer Service at 1-877-726-9995 in the U. S. A. or 877-726-9995 Internationally to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). This number must be visibly displayed on the outside of the return package. Packages sent to us without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be discarded. We do not refund for the cost of shipping to our office.
  2. Your RMA number expires in 14 days. If your return package is not postmarked by the 14th day, your refund is no longer valid.
  3. In order for your return to be accepted, you must ship back all empty bottles and unused portions, along with the return form available below for 100% refund, (less shipping). Click on the link below*.
  4. We strongly recommend returning packages using certified mail. If we did not receive your product and you cannot prove that the product was returned, we will not issue a refund. Proof of delivery can be the delivery confirmation number or signature as required by the USPS.

Note: We only allow one return per product per customer. This is to prevent excessive returns. Customers can order as many products as they wish but we only allow one return for any particular product per customer.

Note: Returns will be processed and your refund issued within 30 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original purchase payment method. If this payment method is closed for any reason, we will issue a company check as a payment method.

International Orders

Customs Related Issues:

If your package is seized by Customs for any reason and returned to us, we will issue you a prompt refund, less the shipping costs. If it is not returned to us, we cannot issue you a refund. Most orders are held by Customs for the purpose of charging import duties and Customs fees. If you are not sure, please contact the Customs Office in your country before ordering, as we are not responsible for such charges.
